This half-day (4 hour) course has been updated to meet the intent of the new Clear Language Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations. It is intended for individuals who are involved in the transportation and handling of dangerous goods associated with oil and gas industry operations. It is ideal for updating personnel with previous Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training or as an introductory session for new employees.

Topics include TDG legislation, classification, safety marks, documentation, safe handling, incident reporting and emergency response. A certificate, valid for three years, is issued to each candidate upon successful completion of a written examination.

Note: Course starts at 12:30 pm. The course is offered on the same day as the WHMIS course.
